Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop

  MDF,plywood and wood-panel manufacturing companies

  as B2B customers.
• Strong experience in industrial customer acquisition and account management.
• Should have experience dealing with plant-level and senior decision-makers.
• Good understanding of B2B sales cycles, negotiations and commercial closure.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Communication,presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer applications and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (B2B):

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for EV Tractors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Increase market share through effective sales planning and execution.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and lead-generation activities.
• Support retail sales through dealer and field activation programs.

Dealer Network Management

• Appoint,develop, and manage tractor dealers within the territory.
• Ensure dealer profitability, inventory management, and retail performance.
• Conduct dealer training programs on EV Tractor technology, sales processes, and financing schemes.
• Monitor dealer sales funnel and conversion ratios.

Customer Engagement & Market Development

• Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and roadshows.
• Promote awareness of EV Tractor benefits, including lower operating costs and sustainability.
• Build strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, contractors, and rural influencers.
• Ensure superior customer experience and timely issue resolution.

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and promotional schemes.
• Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
• Identify emerging opportunities and recommend territory growth strategies.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and dealer performance reviews.
• Ensure timely submission of sales MIS and market reports.
• Adhere to company policies and processes.
