We're looking for a highly driven and ambitious International Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about engaging global customers, driving meaningful conversations, and delivering exceptional sales outcomes.

Compensation & Training

For Freshers: First 2 months will be a paid training period with a stipend of ₹20,000/month.
Post successful completion of training, compensation will be ₹4.45 LPA + Incentives.

For Experienced: ₹4.5–5 LPA, based on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international customers across multiple global markets through consultative sales conversations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions based on their needs.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently driving conversions.
• Communicate product value with confidence, clarity, and a customer-first approach.
• Follow up proactively with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to enrollment.
• Continuously improve sales performance through feedback, learning, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers across international markets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹445,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
