Role overview

The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child’s learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps’ programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversation

Key responsibilities

• Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs
• Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths
• Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes
• Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environments
• Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Work schedule & Requirements

• Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement
• Shift timing: US Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift)
• Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition

Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipl
• Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.
• Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role
• Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mind set.

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
