Business Development Associate (Media & Entertainment)

We are a leading talent management and entertainment company headquartered in Mumbai, India. Since 2005, we have represented some of India’s most celebrated celebrities and built a strong presence across talent management, brand endorsements, influencer marketing, live events, and entertainment partnerships. We work closely with leading brands to create impactful collaborations and drive business growth across the entertainment industry.

We are currently hiring 'Business Development Associates' for our growing team.

What You'll Do:

- Drive outbound sales across brands, agencies, and target markets

- Identify new brands, emerging categories, and market opportunities relevant to assigned talent.

- Secure the best brand deals for our celebrities

- Connect with decision-makers, marketing heads, and agency stakeholders

- Build a strong pipeline via cold calling and proactive outreach

Who We're Looking For:

- Candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Background in entertainment, media, talent, or influencer marketing is a must.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.

- Proactive achiever mindset focused entirely on business growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
