Job Description:

We are looking for highly energetic, ambitious and result-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales and want to build a successful career in business development.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, making calls, convincing prospects and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students using the available lead database.
• Understand students' interests and explain relevant courses and career opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert enquiries into centre walk-ins.
• Generate maximum counselling appointments through effective calling.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status and daily calling reports.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly walk-in generation targets.
• Ensure no potential lead is left unattended.
