Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Managing and nurturing leads through the sales funnel
• Preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing sales data using MS Excel.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
• Strong sales aptitude persuasive, resilient, and target-driven
• Hands-on experience or comfort with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
