Business Development Associate – Corporate Finance & Marketing

Our services include debt syndication, working capital finance, project finance, equipment finance, builder finance, surety bonds, NCDs, invoice discounting, CGTMSE loans and debt restructuring.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to support our corporate client acquisition and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, contacting prospective clients, understanding their financial requirements and scheduling meetings with the internal team.

Freshers with a background in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners, CFOs, CEOs, Finance Heads, directors and other corporate decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify leads for business loans, working capital finance, project finance, equipment finance, surety bonds, NCDs and other corporate finance products.
• Research prospective companies and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, business directories and online sources.
• Explain the company's financial services to prospective clients and identify their funding requirements.
• Schedule meetings, conduct regular follow-ups and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Support digital marketing activities, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and promotional content preparation.
• Maintain daily calling records, lead trackers, CRM/MIS data and business development reports.
• Understand basic financial documents, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, bank statements, GST returns, ITRs and CMA data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
• B.Com, BAF, BFM, BMS, BBA and relevant postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• Freshers can apply. Experience in telecalling, B2B sales, lead generation or financial services will be an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and business documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email and internet research.
• Strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work towards business development targets and communicate professionally with corporate clients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
