Job Description

Market Development through Masons/ Contractors/ Architects Key account management of Architects/Interior Decorators/ Contractors/Masons. Map the counters and the end users/ buyers connected therewith. Design and execute activities/ programs with marketing team for influencers/ users etc. Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the organization. Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure. Rapport building with key influencers/stakeholders, viz: Masons, Contractors, builders, key accounts, interior designers, architects, etc and providing them with technical knowhow. Conduct regular trainings and meetings with key influencers to drive business. Handle grievances of influencers / users. Maintain database of end users/ influencers. Revenue Responsibility Collect leads from above end users/ influencer and share with sales team. Monitor the budget given for the activities and optimise the spend Background: 3 Years of relevant experience in Construction Chemicals/ Building material supply/ Tile Adhesive (Preferably site handling experience) Science Graduate/Civil Engineer/ Diploma/MBA in Marketing
