Capfortune Consultancy Services helps builders and real estate developers arrange project finance through banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. We support clients through the funding process, from initial application to disbursement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify and build relationships with real estate builders, developers, construction companies, architects, engineers, and other relevant industry professionals.

The role involves generating qualified business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding project funding requirements, and coordinating with the internal team to move opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential builders, developers, and construction companies.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, databases, and other channels.
• Understand clients’ project requirements and identify potential funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects and referral partners.
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, eligibility assessment, and further processing.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a structured lead pipeline.
• Develop referral relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and other real-estate professionals.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, meetings, discussions, and conversions.
• Work towards achieving business development and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, or related fields is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and network with decision-makers.
• Good understanding of lead generation and follow-up processes.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, CRM tools, and basic digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
