#About the Role

KAS Home Elevators is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.

#Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Meet customers and conduct site visits to recommend suitable home elevator solutions.Build relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and channel partners.Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.Follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM records.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

#Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.Willingness to travel within the assigned territoryKnowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
