Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Developer & Client Relations Executive to generate new business opportunities, communicate with clients, manage follow-ups, and build long-term professional relationships.

This role offers exposure to business development, sales, and international client communication.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

• Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on leads through email, calls, LinkedIn, and online research.
• Introduce company services to prospective clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound business inquiries.
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales process.

Client Relations

• Communicate professionally with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Handle basic client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business.

Coordination & Reporting

• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist with proposals and business development materials.
• Maintain records of leads, client communications, and follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates and work towards assigned targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and online meetings.
• Interest in sales, business development, lead generation, and client relations.
• Good interpersonal, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, LinkedIn, and online research.
• A proactive, professional, and result-oriented approach.

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer handling, lead generation, or client relations is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Commute: Able to commute daily or relocate to Noida Sector 62
