Job Description

  • Assist the sales team by providing necessary information, documents, and resources to close sales deals.
  • Track and manage customer orders from order receipt to delivery, ensuring they are processed on time.
  • Ensure that order details (such as product availability, quantity, and specifications) are correctly communicated to the relevant teams.
  • Handle order discrepancies or issues, working to resolve them quickly.
  • Communicate with customers to follow up on orders, provide updates on delivery status, and address any concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for management.
  • Track sales targets and help the sales team meet their goals by providing accurate data and insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer communications, and order details in the CRM or sales software.
  • Ensure that all contracts, agreements, and documentation are properly filed and up to date.
  • Liaise with the logistics, inventory, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and billing.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns or product launches.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate logistics, registrations, and arrangements for sales-related events.
  • Handle customer complaints, issues, or returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide solutions to any challenges faced during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained and that sales teams are informed about product availability.
  • Help in managing product orders and forecasting future sales needs.
  • Assist in analysing sales trends and forecasting future sales, helping the team plan strategies accordingly.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Requirements and skills

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;

Good computer skills (MS Office)

Proficiency in English

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A team player with high level of dedication

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
