Business Architect

Role Overview: As a Business Architect, your role will involve strategic planning, current state assessment, business modeling, solution design, stakeholder engagement, business case development, process improvement, governance, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive business architecture framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing the organization's current state to identify opportunities for improvement and align business processes with strategic goals - Creating and maintaining business capability models, value stream maps, and other artifacts that illustrate the organization's structure and processes - Defining and designing business solutions, structures, and processes to achieve organizational objectives - Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment - Developing business cases to justify investments in new technologies or processes, ensuring that solutions deliver tangible business value - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance - Ensuring that business architecture is compliant with industry standards and regulations and supports the organization's governance framework Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and strategic planning - Experience with business architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework - Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in business modeling and diagramming tools - Knowledge of relevant technologies and their application to business solutions - Experience with business case development and financial analysis - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Company Details (if available): Mandatory skills should include Business Architecture, Business Process Design, and Mapping.,
