You will be instrumental in driving strategic business decisions and shaping the future direction of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the development and implementation of business strategies Analyze business processes and recommend improvements Ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Grants Strong understanding of business process analysis Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Additional Information: The candidate should have 8+ Years of Business Analyst Experience on Project Costing / Grants Modules This position is based at our Mumbai office A 15 years full-time education is required
