Summary: As a Business Architect, your typical day involves identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state of operations. You will capture high-level requirements and define business solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role will also include translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Ability to design and implement data models that meet business requirements. - Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
