Job Description

Trust & Safety Business Data Analyst

Role:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Trust & Safety operations, vendor operations, data analytics, content moderation, risk operations, or related fields.
  • Experience in managing vendor teams, BPO operations, or outsourced workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with operational metrics, reporting, analytics and insights generation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, Management Information).
  • Experience with analytical tools and languages (e.g., Excel/G Sheets, App Script, SQL, BI dashboards, data visualization, scripting).
  • Experience in supporting data-driven operational programs in Trust & Safety.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Policy, Engineering, Analytics, and Quality.
  • Flexible to program manage requirement gathering, project charter/plan preparation, tracking progress and reporting on a timely manner.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational oversight to the vendor teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to the process SOP and consistent operational outcomes.
  • Partner with vendor managers to monitor performance, manage capacity, maintain SLA/quality targets, and address operational risks.

Data Analytics & Insights:

  • Analyze operational and vendor performance data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, trends or emerging risks.
  • Build dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into key performance trends and generate business insights.
  • Translate business insights into actionable recommendations that improve process effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and user safety.

Process & Quality Excellence:

  • Drive process improvements by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and developing scalable solutions.
  • Influence operational changes through data driven insights and readiness assessments.
  • Recommend vendor quality improvements through root cause analysis, feedback loops, and systemic fixes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Vendor managers, Operations leads and Quality teams to support in identification of root causes and implementation of key actions.
  • Communicate operational insights, business trends, and risk updates with all the key stakeholders.
