As a liaison at Wipro, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers and the delivery team. Your responsibilities involve understanding and analyzing customer requirements and effectively communicating them to ensure the delivery of suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Requirements Gathering and Engagement: - Collaborate with client engagement partners to comprehend RFP/RFI requirements. - Detail scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring comprehensive capture of customer needs. - Work closely with internal teams to design and create timely responses to RFP/RFIs. - Cultivate relationships with customers to enhance business integration and lead generation. - Solicit ongoing feedback to improve and deliver enhanced value to customers. - Engage with Delivery Team: - Provide customer feedback and inputs on proposed solutions to the delivery team. - Review test cases to ensure coverage of customer requirements. - Perform root cause analysis to grasp proposed solutions thoroughly. - Assist the QA team with periodic testing to verify solutions meet business needs. - Ensure 100% utilization by understanding system capabilities and business specifications. - Support Project Manager/Delivery Team in delivering solutions to customers. - Build Domain Expertise and Contribute to Knowledge Repository: - Share expertise and enhance domain knowledge within the vertical. - Author whitepapers/research papers and disseminate them within the consulting community. - Identify and develop use cases for business improvements. - Conduct market research to provide up-to-date insights for projects. Performance Evaluation Parameters: - Customer Engagement and Delivery Management: PCSAT, utilization % achievement, leads generated, error/gap analysis, feedback, deal solutioning timeline adherence. - Knowledge Management: Whitepapers/research papers, user stories, proposal documentation, reusable components.
