The Opportunity:

The Financial Revenue Analyst provides analytical and reporting support to ensure accurate financial performance tracking within a healthcare revenue cycle management organization. This role focuses on analyzing revenue data, preparing financial reports, and identifying trends that impact operational and financial outcomes. The position applies intermediate financial and analytical skills, works independently on moderately complex tasks, and collaborates with stakeholders to support decision-making and compliance. Collects and validates financial and revenue data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy. Analyzes revenue trends and variances to identify potential risks or opportunities. Prepares and maintains financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Supports forecasting and budgeting processes by providing relevant data and insights. Communicate findings and recommendations through clear and concise presentations. Responds to ad-hoc analysis requests and provides timely, data-driven solutions.
