Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join TCS Gurgaon as a Business Analyst Capital Markets. With 8 to 10 years of experience, you will be based in Gurgaon and be responsible for implementing banking products and managing the complete lifecycle of Corporate Actions. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong functional background and understanding of banking products implementation - Understand the complete lifecycle of Corporate Actions and manage costs and budgets effectively - Work on the automation of Corporate Actions with financial institutions in a similar capacity - Utilize experience in SWIFT MT and MX messages and understand the integration model of a Corporate Actions system - Collaborate with custodians, asset managers, and investment banking professionals effectively Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes - Sound understanding of the Capital market business model - Prior exposure to customer-facing roles or prospect interactions is a must - Identify critical risks, classify their criticality, and develop mitigation plans - Create backup plans to mitigate, reduce, or eliminate risks or reoccurrence - Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to track deliveries efficiently - Provide reviews on critical dependencies on the program, both functional and technical - Monitor gaps and escalate to stakeholders promptly for resolutions Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join TCS Gurgaon as a Business Analyst Capital Markets.
