Bunk Hostel / Omya Cafe

We run a cozy café with an attached hostel in Tapovan, Rishikesh, where travelers, locals, and backpackers gather. Our focus is on quality food, community, and good vibes. We’re looking for a Chef/Cook who can take charge of the café kitchen while also handling meals for hostel guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve café-style menu items (sandwiches, pasta, pancakes, coffee snacks, smoothie bowls, etc.). Handle hostel guest meals (homely Indian + simple international dishes). Plan menus, maintain food quality, and bring creativity to specials. Manage inventory, purchasing, and kitchen hygiene. Coordinate for special events, retreats, and gatherings hosted at the property. Requirements: Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hostel kitchen preferred. Ability to cook both Indian and continental dishes. Interest in presentation, taste, and efficiency. Friendly, adaptable, and reliable personality.
