Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical cum Financial IVF Counsellor to guide patients through the emotional, clinical, and financial aspects of fertility treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a background in BHMS, BAMS, or BUMS, and have a strong understanding of infertility treatments, patient psychology, and financial counselling.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Counselling:

· Provide pre- and post-treatment counselling to patients undergoing fertility treatments such as IUI, IVF, ICSI, etc.

· Explain treatment protocols, medical procedures, and expected outcomes in a clear and empathetic manner.

· Address emotional and psychological concerns of patients and partners.

· Serve as a liaison between patients and medical team for clarifications or follow-ups.

Financial Counselling:

· Explain cost estimates, treatment packages, and payment plans to patients.

· Assist patients in understanding financial options, insurance (if applicable), and payment procedures.

· Guide patients on financing schemes or EMI options if offered.

· Maintain accurate financial counselling records and coordinate with billing teams.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

· Schedule appointments, coordinate with lab and pharmacy as needed.

· Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and counselling notes.

· Participate in patient education sessions, seminars, and awareness drives.

· Ensure informed consent is properly taken and documented.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· BHMS, BAMS, or BUMS from a recognized university.

· Additional certification in counselling or psychology is an advantage.

· Prior experience (1-3 years) in a fertility clinic or healthcare counselling role preferred.

Skills Required:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Empathy and ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism.

· Good understanding of fertility procedures and terminology.

· Basic knowledge of healthcare billing and financial planning.

· Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.20 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Finance and Clinical Counselling: 5 years (Preferred)
