Field Sales- Addition of new clients and retention of existing clients. Regular follow-up to take orders. Visit gyms, distributors and retailers. Travel throughout the territory- HQ, EX and OS (as per requirement). Visit customers on regular basis. Ensure proper availability and send daily sales report as per the format. Achieve sales targets. Keeping up-to-date with any changes or competitor new launches and schemes in market. Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list and other sensitive company information. Inside Sales- Addition of new clients and retention of existing clients. Make reports on Excel, work on portals, Google sheets. Take orders and make Invoice of finalized ones. Attend calls & revert to E-mails professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of Customer complaints. Identify the problem in depth and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, as well as actions taken. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated authority for further investigation. Educational qualification: Any Graduate, preferably from Pharma. or BBA/MBA background. Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience. (Freshers may also apply) Job Type: Full-Time Locations to cover: Uttrakhand (HQ- Dehradun) Office Timing: Minimum 9 hours working (Must be flexible to work from 7:30AM till late evening as per Gym timings, standard timings for field would be 8:30AM to 1:30PM or 4:30PM to 9PM). Half day working will be from office as per the requirement. Either 9:30AM onwards or till 6:30PM. Working days: 6 days a week. TA & DA will be over & above CTC and will be given as per Company’s policy.
