About the Role Builders Land Source is a fast-growing U.S. land investment and real estate company. We are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead our international team, and ensure business processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a leadership role that blends people management, project management, and hands-on execution. You will serve as the backbone of our business operations managing teams, holding them accountable, tracking KPIs, and leading critical projects, while also running essential reports, systems, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of office and virtual staff. Assign, track, and manage tasks and projects across multiple departments. Conduct daily/weekly team meetings, monitor KPIs, and report results to leadership. Manage CRM (GoHighLevel), trackers (Excel), and company tools (Microsoft 365, Teams). Create, implement, and enforce SOPs to maintain consistency and efficiency. Coordinate with acquisitions, dispositions, and transaction coordination teams. Oversee vendor and partner relationships (title companies, marketing agencies, contractors, etc.). Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements. Prepare operational reports and ensure timely project execution. Maintain organized records, files, and communication across the company. Provide leadership support on strategic initiatives and business scaling. Critical Tasks Team & People Management Lead daily/weekly huddles and performance reviews. Monitor team KPIs (acquisitions, dispositions, transaction coordination). Ensure accountability and task completion. Recruit, onboard, and train new hires/virtual assistants. Systems & Processes Manage CRM (GoHighLevel), data-lists, and lead pipelines. Maintain and update Excel trackers and reports. Oversee document management (contracts, NDAs, agreements). Standardize and update SOPs across the company. Operations & Administration Manage day-to-day workflow of acquisitions, dispositions, and closings. Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and vendors. Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. business regulations. Project & Strategic Support Lead and track special projects and initiatives. Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. Support expansion into new markets. Provide executive-level support to company leadership. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). 3+ years in operations, business management, or project management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent written and spoken English fluency (accent-neutral). Proficiency in CRMs, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams (or ability to quickly learn). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required. Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours (CST).
