Customer Service Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their seats Provide menus and explain food, beverages, and promotions Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience at all times 2. Order Management Take accurate food and beverage orders Understand menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen or bar staff 3. Food & Beverage Service Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly Follow proper serving etiquette and standards Check customer satisfaction during meals 4. Table Setup & Maintenance Set up tables with clean linens, cutlery, and glassware Clear used plates and reset tables quickly Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas 5. Hygiene & Safety Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Maintain personal cleanliness and proper uniform Handle food and beverages safely 6. Billing & Payments Present bills accurately Process payments (cash, card, or digital) Ensure correct change and receipts are provided 7. Teamwork & Support Assist fellow team members during peak hours Coordinate with kitchen and service staff Follow instructions from supervisors or managers 8. Complaint Handling Handle guest complaints politely and professionally Resolve basic issues or escalate to management when necessary 9. Stock & Equipment Handling Refill service stations and supplies Handle crockery, cutlery, and equipment carefully Report shortages or damages 10.
