As an Electrical Field Service Engineer at Expel Prosys Private Limited, you will be responsible for conducting relay testing and panel testing for protection systems. Your role will involve performing routine maintenance, inspections, and testing, as well as troubleshooting and rectifying faults in protection systems. Collaboration with other teams to ensure smooth operations, development and implementation of testing procedures, and maintenance of records of testing activities will be essential parts of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, provide technical support and training, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and propose upgrades or modifications when necessary. The position requires a strong understanding of protection systems and safety protocols, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will work both independently and as part of a team. To excel in this role, you should possess relevant skills such as knowledge of protection systems, experience with testing equipment and software, understanding of electrical safety protocols, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and documentation skills will also be valuable in fulfilling your duties.
