Breakdown Coordinator

Desired Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Vehicle Service with any leading automobile dealership.
• Familiarity with Commercial Segment Vehicles will be an added advantage.
• Willing to do night shifts mostly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Kerala break down assistance to customers in coordination with respective workshops.
• Observe activities like vehicle flow, outflow and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit periodic reports as and when required.
