Looking for a immediate joiner who can join within 15 to 30 days Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in networking, with at least 7 years managing Day 2 DC Operations and leading a team of 5+ support engineers in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. Key Skills and ExpertiseCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customer leadership and technical teams. Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Data Center Operations/TAC roles for large enterprises, preferably in BFSI, CSPs, or System Integrators. 5+ years of hands-on experience with: Spine-leaf architecture (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN. Networking protocols like BGP, OSPF. Packet capture-level troubleshooting for switches, routers, and firewalls. Micro-segmentation, traffic flows, AD/TACACS, NMS. Server and VM deployments. Experience with Arista equipment and technologies (preferred). Day 2 operations procedures including planned upgrades, RMA, troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in automation and integration using APIs on networking platforms. Roles and Responsibilities Operational Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware/software issues, coordinating with Arista TAC when necessary. Ensure quick resolution of P1 issues and critical escalations. Guide and mentor the L2 RE team for Day 2 operations and planned upgrades. Support integration, automation solutions, and new feature demonstrations. Governance and Reporting: Prepare technical inputs, reports, and action plans for governance calls and QBRs. Validate and ensure adherence to Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reporting by the L2 team. Technical Responsibilities: Perform routine bug scrubs and implement patch/bug fixes. Conduct network audits and configuration reviews to ensure compliance and best practices. Lead hardening and upgrades of Arista Fabric, CVP, and CVaaS. Manage the integration of new Arista switches and update design documents accordingly. Training and Mentorship: Conduct training and mentoring sessions to upskill the Day 2 Ops team. Ensure team readiness for new features and network fabric enhancements. Additional Tasks: Plan and oversee upgrades and change management activities. Ensure SLAs and timelines for all planned activities are met. Participate in Arista tech sessions and collaborate with the Arista team for product lifecycle management. Day-to-Day Activities: Perform health checks on CVP and Arista Fabric. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Arista TAC as needed. Configure RMA hardware for production networks. Update design documents for deployed configurations. Ensure compliance and closure of audit observations. Education & Certifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree. Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA. ACE L3 or higher certification (preferred).

Position Summary: We are seeking a NGINX Consultant to serve as a technical expert in the deployment and optimization of NGINX-based solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers, you will design, architect, configure, and implement scalable solutions using NGINX products. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong technical expertise, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across various teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer requirements and design solutions using NGINX Plus, NGINX Management Suite, and NGINX Kubernetes Ingress Controller. Assist with installation, configuration, performance tuning, and auditing of NGINX solutions within Linux or FreeBSD environments. Lead and manage customer engagements throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain standardized implementation documentation and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams (Consulting, Sales, Product Management, Support) and provide actionable customer insights. Continuously stay updated on NGINX, F5 technologies, and related third-party platforms. Required Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of NGINX open-source and NGINX Plus products. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent relevant experience. Proficiency in Linux systems administration with hands-on technical experience in customer-facing (preferably post-sales) roles. Strong understanding of networking technologies: TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL, load balancing, traffic management, and internet security. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Linux shell scripting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to document and present technical concepts. Willingness to travel 10% to 50%, based on project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Kubernetes or containerized environments. Familiarity with open-source communities and related tools. Working knowledge of Git, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
