Job Description

You are being hired as a Brand Promotion Executive to promote travel services with a focus on brand promotion and customer awareness, not sales. As part of your role, you will be expected to: - Make outbound calls from the company database. - Explain offers/packages and build customer trust. - Maintain records and support team targets. The qualifications required for this position include: - Strong communication skills in English & Bengali (Hindi is a plus). - Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude. - Freshers are welcome; experience in travel or telesales is a bonus.
