Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Management Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain the front desk, ensure cleanliness, and present an organized reception area. Manage visitor entry, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes. Telephone & Communication Handling Handle incoming calls, route them to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages. Make outgoing calls when required and maintain call records. Respond to emails professionally and ensure timely communication. Administrative & Office Support Manage inward & outward courier, mail, and documents. Maintain appointment schedules, meeting room bookings, and calendars for management. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and stationary management. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support teams for smooth office operations. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, courier, and office supplies. Prepare daily/weekly front office activity reports. Assist HR/Admin team with support tasks whenever required. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage). Pleasant personality with professional behaviour and grooming. Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email drafting. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Punctuality, discipline, and reliability are must. Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration preferred). Certifications in front office or communication will be an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
