Branch Sales Manager ( BSM ) - HOME LOAN ( Affordable )

The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) for Home Loans (Affordable segment) will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within a designated branch.

This role focuses on driving business growth, achieving sales targets for affordable home loans, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The BSM will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence in the affordable housing finance sector by building strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and branch sales targets for affordable home loans.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate the affordable housing market and maximize business opportunities.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation, customer acquisition, loan application, sanction, and disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Identify and onboard new Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and other channel partners to expand the sales network and generate quality leads.
• Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs in the affordable home loan segment.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards throughout the loan origination process.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.
• Manage customer relationships, address grievances, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
• Organize and participate in promotional activities, loan camps, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
