Branch Manager/ Head-PL & BL Loans | Team Leading | NBFC | Upto 11 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Microfinance, Gold Loans, Credit Cards, and other financial products.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the branch office including DSA management and open market activities.
  
• Develop strategies to increase revenue growth through effective team handling and leadership skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in banking or fintech industry with expertise in microfinance, rural finance, unsecured loans, personal loans, business loan, credit cards, gold loan etc. .
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of direct sales techniques and ability to lead a team effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
