Role & responsibilities Assist the Team Lead / Head in the development and execution of annual audit plans. Conduct comprehensive process audits to evaluate internal controls, efficiency, and adherence to established policies and regulations. Perform functional audits across different business functions such as operations, finance, risk management & compliance. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend corrective actions for process improvements. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and suggested solutions for management. Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth implementation of audit recommendations. Support the internal audit team in ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies. Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions arising from previous audits. Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant regulations impacting NBFCs. Preferred candidate profile : Have to travel around 12 to 15 days in amonth Perks and benefits
