As a Team Leader in this BPO (Voice) process, your role will involve: - Leading and managing a team of customer service representatives - Ensuring smooth operations and resolving escalated customer issues efficiently - Providing guidance, coaching, and training to team members - Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity The qualifications required for this position include: - A Degree qualification - Fluency in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Gujarati languages Please note that this position offers a fresher salary ranging from 30k to 40k in hand.
