BPO Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic BPO Trainer to train customer service and telesales executives on communication skills, call handling, customer service standards, and process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing BPO employees.
• Train employees on communication skills, customer handling, and telephone etiquette.
• Explain process workflows, scripts, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
• Conduct mock calls, role-plays, assessments, and feedback sessions.
• Monitor trainee performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with team leaders and quality teams to improve employee performance.
• Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, and performance reports.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate; relevant training experience preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in BPO training or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of customer service, telesales, and call-centre operations.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and evaluate trainees.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
