Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and answer queries regarding products and services.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the database.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of the industry.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the BPO Tele Caller position should possess the following qualifications:

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus but not mandatory.
