Job Description: BPO Associate – Banking Process

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to bank customers for payment follow-ups and reminders.
• Inform customers about pending EMIs, credit card bills, and overdue payments.
• Handle customer queries related to payments.
• Maintain customer call records and update payment status in the system.
• Follow professional communication standards and company guidelines.
• Achieve daily calling targets and maintain good customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

Salary & Benefits
