Skills: Understand medical record and clinical documentationto ascribe medical diagnosis codes as per the ICD-10-CM standard, procedure codes as per the CPT-4 standard, and HCPCS codes Achieve over 96% accuracy and deliver coded charts as per defined productivity standards Other Benefit: Health insurance Pick up drop, food facility. Day and night shift. Requirements : Knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology. Computing knowledge in Ms word, Ms Excel, etc. Salary: 17k - 20k Schedule: 5 days work (Saturday / Sunday off) Morning /Day/ Night Shift.
