Picking and Packing: Identifying and retrieving items from inventory according to customer orders or shipping requirements. Packaging: Ensuring that products are properly wrapped and packed to protect them during transit, often using boxes, tape, shrink wrap, or other materials. Labeling: Accurately labeling packages with shipping information and tracking details. Inventory Management: Assisting with maintaining inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring that sufficient quantities are available. Loading and Transport: Loading packages onto delivery vehicles, such as trucks or vans, and ensuring they are secured for transport. Documentation: Completing packing lists, order forms, and other necessary paperwork related to shipments. Quality Control: Inspecting packages for damage and ensuring that products are properly packaged and sealed. Physical Tasks: Lifting, carrying, and moving packages, often including heavy items, may be required. Compliance: Adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and shipping procedures.
