Ticket Sales: Selling tickets to patrons using ticketing software, including processing payments, handling refunds, and managing will-call. Customer Service: Providing information about events, seating, and venue policies, assisting with group and access bookings, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments, balancing the cash drawer, and preparing daily audits. Box Office Operations: Maintaining a clean and organized box office area, assisting with will-call and guest list check-ins, and answering phone and email inquiries. Database Management: Maintaining an accurate customer database, including season ticket holders and other relevant information. Administrative Tasks: Preparing invoices, processing refunds, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed. Communication and Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments, including operations, front of house, and marketing.
