BootROM Security SW Embedded Engineer

As a BootROM Security Software Embedded Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and validating firmware as per ROM specifications. Your role will involve working on embedded HSM, cryptographic algorithms, and AutoSAR integration. You will need to have a strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and ASPICE-compliant development processes. Your expertise in device drivers such as UART, xSPI, SD, UFS, and USB will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and validate firmware according to Boot ROM specifications. - Implement embedded HSM, cryptographic algorithms, and AutoSAR integration. - Work with device drivers including UART, xSPI, SD, UFS, and USB. - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and ASPICE-compliant development processes. - Use debugging tools such as UARTs, JTAG, and oscilloscopes for troubleshooting. - Follow MISRA-C and Cert-C guidelines for code development. - Write and maintain technical documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous integration using tools like Jenkins and GIT. - Develop test specifications for various ASIL levels based on requirements. - Utilize software configuration tools for drivers and applications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science. - 8+ years of industry experience in Boot ROM and Security Software development for embedded devices. - Proficiency in Embedded System Programming and developing firmware. - Strong expertise in embedded C and C++ programming for bare-metal drivers and RTOS-based applications. - Knowledge of static and dynamic code analysis tools and familiarity with penetration and fuzz testing. - Excellent technical writing skills and experience with documentation. - Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins and GIT. - Exposure to mainstream OS platforms and scripting with Python or Perl. This job requires someone with a deep understanding of Boot ROM and Security Software development for embedded devices, along with strong programming skills and expertise in cybersecurity standards.
