Roles We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven finance professional to support investment analysis, financial modelling, and support capital raising and strategic transactions. This role is central to our interaction with investors, lenders, and board members. You will own the build and maintenance of detailed financial models with the team, prepare investor materials, and support M&A, equity, and debt transactions. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of financial fundamentals, a structured and independent working style, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders both in Excel and in PowerPoint. Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial models including 3-statement forecasts, DCF valuations, scenario and sensitivity analyses, cash flow waterfalls, and capital structures. • Model and analyze debt portfolios, including repayment structures, cohort performance, interest schedules, and cash flow forecasting at both portfolio and business unit levels. • Support capital raising activities (equity, venture debt, senior facilities) including term sheet review, data room preparation, and financial due diligence. • Collaborate with internal teams on business planning, KPIs, unit economics, and strategic forecasting. • Assist in evaluating and structuring M&A opportunities, partnerships, and new market entries. • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision-making, including competitive benchmarking and return analyses. • Develop tools to improve financial visibility across the group and ensure investment-grade outputs. • Prepare investment memoranda, board packs, and investor presentations for equity and debt raises. Senior Associate - Cosec & Legal - Fund Solutions Shift: 12.30PM to 9.30PM Mode : Hybrid Responsibilities : Handling all corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies including incorporation & liquidation of legal entities Organizing board meetings and preparing board packs Preparing necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board resolutions, liquidations, striking off, etc. Setting-up of bank accounts for clients Assisting with statutory and compliance obligations Maintaining statutory records/share registrar (dividend payments, change of Directors/Shareholders etc.) Perform ad hoc client administration duties > Prepare & review of tasks that an Associate is expected to perform.
