We are looking for a proactive and experienced Architect with a strong eye for design and technical precision. You will bridge the gap between creative conceptualization and execution. You must be capable of visualizing spaces in 3D, rendering high-quality images, and translating those designs into accurate, readable detailed drawings for construction. Key ResponsibilitiesConcept to Completion: Lead the design process from initial concept generation to final visualization. 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality 3D models using SketchUp or 3ds Max and produce photorealistic renders (using V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape) to communicate design intent. Detailed Documentation: Produce comprehensive Detailed Design Drawings and GFC (Good for Construction) sets. You must be able to detail joinery, furniture, electrical layouts, and false ceilings. Drawing Interpretation: Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure designs are practical and buildable. Remote Collaboration: Maintain clear and proactive communication while working remotely. You will be responsible for managing your own timelines and deliverables. Candidate RequirementsExperience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Architecture or Interior Design. Location: Must be based in Chennai (while the role is Work From Home, local familiarity is required for context or occasional coordination). Software Proficiency: Mastery: AutoCAD (for detailing), SketchUp or 3ds Max (for modeling). Rendering: Proficiency in rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion). Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and construction standards. You must be able to "build it on paper" before it goes to the site. Soft Skills: Proactive & Self-Driven: Since this is a remote role, you must be able to anticipate problems and offer solutions without waiting for instructions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English to explain concepts and details clearly. Portfolio Requirements (Must Include)Concept Visuals: Examples of 3D renders. Technical Drawings: Examples of detailed working drawings (Section details, Joinery details, etc.) that demonstrate your technical knowledge.
