As a Business Consulting Analyst at Blue Yonder WMS, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and support of WMS solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in gathering business requirements for WMS implementation/support. - Configuring and testing Blue Yonder WMS modules. - Supporting user training and go-live activities. - Performing fit-gap analysis. - Designing and developing solutions within the Blue Yonder platform. - Configuring, testing, and providing user training. - Creating documentation. - Providing support during upgrades, deployments, and post-production. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 1-3 years of experience in WMS implementation or support. - Knowledge of warehouse management processes. - Good to have knowledge of MOCA. - Experience with Blue Yonder WMS is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science). - Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
