Got a parcel from Amazon, no attempt made to deliver but returned . I RESCHEDULED DELIVERY AND WAITING for THE SAME second day too no delivery not even trying to call us .FRAUD never go for it

I had to drop the courier and the service was smooth. Also today I have received a courier from blue dart and they made the delivery on time. Communication before the delivery was great and the delivery person was very good in his work.

Very worst service..I am waiting for my product for two long days..I received a mail that consignee's address is incorrect and the next day residency is closed.. actually it was not...no one called me and customer service is worst ..no use …

They didn't call but they mention consignee not available. And I didn't get the delivery person contact number also. …

Worst service... given address they didn't come . They sent a mail that u are not there in given address. Even they didn't call to my number. If we do a call to customer care also no response . Don't opt for blue dart instead we had good response with professional or dtdc courier services

Excellent service. One of the fastest network to deliver goods. The customer service is better comparing other networks. It is a but expensive and at times they don't call the customer, if the address is out of delivery area. They resend the goods to the sender if the customer's deliver address is out of deliver area.
