We are looking for a professional "on-call" specialist to handle our physical infrastructure, hardware repairs, and server logistics. Professional Growth & Commitment This is a critical "SOS" role. To succeed, you must commit to at least one quarter of availability with high professional standards. This role involves elaborate paperwork, technical tests, and a strict NDA . We require 4 years of hands-on experience in hardware and network maintenance. You must be prepared for fast-paced training based on our existing system videos. Summary & Compensation Location: On-Call / On-site (Physical presence required for SOS). Compensation: Paid on a per-call/requirement basis (Retainer/Rate to be discussed). Workload: Variable; high during relocations or hardware failures, negligible during maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Hardware SOS: Rapidly resolving hardware/software issues, providing "Repair Lists," and sourcing quotes for parts/computers. Physical Infrastructure: Managing server relocations, cabling, and hardware upgrades. Systems Coordination: Coordinating directly with our Remote IT Administrator to implement physical changes or troubleshooting that require remote configuration. Documentation: Creating written logs and video recordings (Loom) of all physical setups and repairs. Engagement Standards Collaboration: Coordinate with the team and the Remote IT Administrator for at least 2 hours during active SOS tasks. Knowledge Preservation: Clear documentation and inventory reporting are mandatory to ensure the system is never a "black box." Operational Momentum: We follow established systems to eliminate chaos; you must be able to follow video-based instructions quickly.
