MLT from recognized institution (Paramedical council of Kerala registration is mandatory). Certification in Blood Bank Technology Preferred . Minimum 1-4 years of relevant Experience . Knowledge of blood transfusion services is desirable Responsibilities : Blood collection, grouping , cross matching and component preparation Strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
