We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales & Business Development professionals who can drive advertising sales, create innovative brand solutions, and grow sponsorship revenues across our print, digital, and event properties. Key Responsibilities Advertising Sales (Print & Digital): Sell advertisement space in our journals, websites, and newsletters. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and marketing decision-makers across relevant industries. Reaching out to new clients through internal and external leads, scanning competitor platforms etc. Brand Solutions & Campaign Development: Conceptualize and pitch customized marketing and branding solutions combining print, digital, and events. Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create sponsored content , advertorials, webinars, and other solutions as per client requirements. Event Sponsorships & Delegate marketing: Identify and onboard sponsors for conferences, webinars, and workshops. Negotiate packages, create sponsorship proposals, and ensure seamless execution. Assisting in the marketing of conferences and obtaining delegates for the same through digital and offline marketing techniques. Business Growth & Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sectors to expand our client base. Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Attending industry events, gaining industry knowledge to keep up to date on current happenings. Client Relationship Management: Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams for campaign delivery and reporting. Preferred candidate profile Education: Preferably a Science graduate or a degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Experience: Preferably 1-4 years of experience in media sales, B2B publishing, brand partnerships, or event sponsorships. Experience in selling advertising or sponsorship packages across print, digital, or events. Candidates with exposure to industrial, healthcare, pharma, or B2B sectors will have an added advantage. Skills & Attributes: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Creative thinking with the ability to develop integrated marketing solutions for brands. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Good understanding of digital media trends , online advertising formats, and lead-generation campaigns. Good communications skills, and quick learners with sales aptitudes.
