The Sales Manager Hospitality will be responsible for driving room revenue and business growth for Nirwana Retreat by strengthening corporate, travel trade, and direct booking channels. The role focuses on incremental revenue growth , market expansion, and relationship management within Lucknow and nearby districts. Key Responsibilities Drive corporate, group, and leisure sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets Develop and manage relationships with corporates, travel agents, and tour operators Increase direct bookings through strategic initiatives and partnerships Manage and optimize OTA presence to maximize visibility and conversions Monitor and improve Google Business Profile performance and online reputation Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns and promotional offers Track market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates Work in a performance-driven environment focused on incremental business growth Mandatory Requirements 3–8 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality sales Strong exposure to: Corporate and group sales Travel agents and tour operators Direct booking growth strategies Working knowledge of: OTAs (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) Google Business Profile management Digital marketing basics and current hospitality market trends Comfortable working with targets and incentive-driven performance metrics Local market knowledge of Lucknow and nearby districts is preferred Commercials Incentives: Performance-linked and incremental only (baseline business excluded) Why Join Nirwana Retreat?
