As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Manager – Creative Sales who can drive new business, understand customer needs, and ensure smooth order fulfilment across all channels. If you’re energetic, creative, and passionate about sales—this role is for you. Position: Manager – Sales Location: Pune Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Take-Home Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience) 🔹Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customer inquiries from website, social media, WhatsApp & other channels - Conduct sales calls, understand custom requirements & convert leads into orders - Coordinate customisation details with the production team - Schedule dispatches using logistics partner applications - Ensure timely delivery and smooth customer communication - Maintain an overall delightful sales experience 🔹Required Skills - Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi - Strong English typing abilities - Confident, persuasive sales personality - A creative mindset to understand personalised gifting needs - Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment 🔹 Why Work With Us?
