Key Responsibilities: Raw & Packing Material (RM/PM) Management Accurate entry of all incoming RM/PM in the system. Timely issue of RM/PM to production as per requirements. Regular monitoring of stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) & Finished Goods (FG) Handling Proper storage and systematic arrangement of SFG and FG. Coordination with production and dispatch teams for timely transfer of materials. Preparing and maintaining dispatch records and documents. Dispatch, Loading & Unloading Supervising loading and unloading operations to ensure safe and accurate handling of goods. Verification of goods against delivery challans and invoices. Coordination with transporters for timely dispatch. Inventory Management Daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation of RM/PM, SFG, and FG. Conducting physical stock verification and reporting variances. Ensuring proper storage, FIFO/FEFO, and maintaining hygiene in the store. Billing & Documentation Generating bills, challans, and related documents for dispatch. Maintaining accurate records in registers and ERP/software. Ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation standards. Team & Process Management Supervising store helpers/labor for smooth daily operations. Coordinating with production, quality, and dispatch teams for material flow. Training and guiding store staff on SOPs and safety norms. Other Responsibilities Monitoring material wastage and implementing control measures. Assisting in audits (internal & external) with proper documentation. Any other store-related task assigned by the Plant Head. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management (preferably in manufacturing units). Knowledge of stock management software or ERP systems. Strong coordination, record-keeping, and reporting skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word). Team management and leadership abilities.
